Lived here for a few years and it was terrible. The trailers are old and lack any sort of insulation. My electricity bill was anywhere between 300-400 a month CONSTANTLY and the people I talked to that lived there agreed that they had just as high electricity/water bills. The owner is cheap and will find ways or excuses to not fix anything. The people who come by and cut the grass have 0 respect about the tenants and constantly cut in areas that throw rocks towards the cars and windows.

I lived in his trailer park he did not give me a legal eviction He helped himself into my home and trashed all my thing. I mean everything into the dumpsters. All my children's things as well. And electronic he gave to his handy man. I would not recommend anyone to rent from him. Go to the local court house I was not the only one he did this to.
