Worst experience ever. The door seals are "cut" at the bottom leaving a 6 inch gap when closed. This allows snakes, mice, spiders or anything else that wants to crawl in. We had mold on some items from the ceiling leaking in 3 different areas. The top of the walls are not sealed. I could see sunlight coming in which also allowed spiders to find their way in. I spoke with Tara about the seal on the bottom of the door and she said leave a key with her so a "third party" contractor could come in and replace the seal (without public storage supervision, mind you). I live 3 hours away. Im not leaving my key with anyone who could go through my belongings. Happy I am out of there. If you want a clean place to place your valuables, this is not it!!!!!
