Horrible experience EVERYTIME I visit the Concord Millls Jared store. I am literally shocked by the poor workmanship of the jeweler every time I take something to worked on. Each time it is a different problem. Either the diamond is set crocked (literally on several occasions) or the prongs are done so poorly that when you put the ring on, it snags and destroys your clothes (and I'm not even exaggerating). The final straw for me was today when I brought the ring back to ask the jeweler to fix it, HE REFUSED! He said He's not going to fix it BECAUSE I want everything to be perfect and he's not doin' it! .... I am NOT IMPRESSED with the poor workmanship and the EXTREME LACK of professionalism. Now if i want the engagement ring to be set right, I will have to take it to a different jeweler to have it fixed right so it can be worn :/
