I bought a trailer yesterday and two others last year. Each time I shop the buying experience has exceeded my expectation. The facility is always clean. Everybody is pleasant, dressed properly, helpful, and smiling. My sales person is Steve Brittan and he understands how business is done. The receptionist always speaks and smiles, the title clerk understands her job and is always very efficient. Dave in parts went out of his way to accommodate me this morning. In Steve’s absents, Randal Peirce also went out of his way to get me on the road quickly. It’s a pleasure to do business with a professional team.

Ive been a customer of GGT for years now and have had a great experience with their parts and services guys. My recent experience with them made me want to write this review. I use my trailer for my business and transporting my tools so its important to keep them dry! I had a leak in my trailer and 3 different places couldnt seem to figure out where exactly the problem was or how to fix it. I shouldve gone to GGT to begin with cause they found it, fixed it, and did it all while I was there. I dont mind waiting there cause it gives me time to walk their lot and check out the cool trailers and setups they got around. Its like a trailer show out there. And I like talking shop with their team. A friendly bunch of guys that always have some kind of cutting edge equipment and tools to show to a curious guy like me.

An excellent supplier of Trailers ,parts and service. I have bought several trailers from them with great luck.

The people that work at Golden Gait Trailers are wonderful to work with, they are what makes Golden Gait Trailers.They had everything I needed and then some. They have the " Can Do" spirit where your dreams can come true. It is a great building and a great place to visit.

I have found that buying parts for my trailers at Golden Gait Trailers parts store in Concord, NC is a very good experience every time. Having to maintain a few trailers for my fleet they always have what I need in stock. Better yet anytime I ever have a challenge they are always there with a great solution. Prices are good too. I wont go anywhere else and I reccomend these folks highly

I am sure someone has been treated right by these guys but I was lied too twice about the cost of performing services and replacing parts and when they couldn't figure out a problem that I had they wanted me to pay to replace everything. Communication was none existant, I had to call and communicate after days of not hearing anything. I feel as if you do not have a large service contract with these guys you are pushed way down the list so potenetially be prepared to wait. Also, the employees working on your trailer may not be experianced or trained, just some guy off the street if you are not a large customer. Be careful, get everything in writing and if you are asked to spend a bunch of money to replace a lot of parts I would look elsewhere or again be carefull to ask a lot of questions.
