I give Fryer's Roller Rink a 4. My daughter and her friends went to Fryers for her B-DAY(11/18/17) and we had a blast. The staff were very friendly unlike last year around this time staff had okay attitude.The old lady at the door will probably never change due to she is set in her ways and have seen and heard everything that has happen there. Once you in it's a big change I would have given them a 5 but the old lady at the door told me they couldn't say HAPPY B-DAY over the mic to my daughter unless you paid for a birthday party LOL "OH WELL" Happy Birthday to my daughter she is 14.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I have supported this hole in the wall establishment for the last 6 years via skate nights. Tonight I attempted to take 2 minors to skate- unaware of their operating hours. We showed up at 6:45, a Line behind us. Rang the bell for 10 mins to no avail. Opened the door and walked in Only To be met with a miserable old man who threatened to call the cops on me for breaking an entering! I'm just trying to pay your establish for two middle school boys to skate and you threaten me? inappropriate and unprofessional. That's the work ethics of a PO-dunk red neck hole in the wall establishment. Have some common courtesy and answer the damn bell when customers ring it. Otherwise LOCK the exterior doors!!!! First class rednecks! I will never dawn the doors of your facility again and furthermore, will do my due diligence to ensure all parents and citizens of cabarrus county are made aware of your low class facility and personnel!!!

We had my grand daughters 5th birthday party here today and these are the rudest and most obnoxious people I have ever met. They give you 45 minutes in the party room and rudely run you out finished or not. I overheard a man arguing over the skate mate he had rented for his 2 sons , they were not allowed to share one that he paid $5 for they had to pay $5 for each child and not share one in the same family. We didn't have time to cut the cake in the party room so we did in the concession area and were told we weren't allowed to do that either after paying $300 for the party special. Not one single person ever said thank you please come again have a nice day, nothing. I will not be taking my kids or grandkids back here again and will be spreading the word about this place. Shame on you for treating people like this after making this kind of money off of them!!

My sister's and I wanted to take our family to skate and they had a family of 4 special on Saturday night so we decided she could get the special for her family and I could get one for my family... the lady at the desk was so rude and unprofessional to my sister and I..I asked get if there was a problem she replied"I'm just tired and this special is only for one family, you can't purchase it together which we was paying separate anyway . She acted like she was mad I mean my sister paid for her and her children and I paid for mine. Why have a special Iif you don't want people to use it. . My children and nieces and nephews just wanted to go skating and if itty want for them looking forward to that I would of left because that lady made us feel like we were bothering her but anyway we will not spend our money there any more we will find elsewhere to go because I will not support a business that acts like my money is no good

On the evening of January 29 my son went to the skating rink as he did every weekend. This weekend his friends had had problems with some boys and the boys called there friends to the skating rink and continued to taunt my son with how he was going to get beat up. After being taunted he went to a skating rink employee and the employee had told him and his friends to "shut up and leave the boys alone" so he attempted to do so. While he was standing with his friend they boys came by and took there skates off, after doing so the leader of the group ran up on my son and punched him and my son feel to the ground he still had his skates on then the boys friends jumped on top and began beating up my son. One of my sons friends and some adults helped break up the fight the employees in the skating rink did not respond until after the fight was broken up. My son had a bloody nose and the employee made him call us. We were told by the deputy on duty that we could press charges. The next day we went to the magistrates office and were told that we had to have the boys address names and ages and we did not know any. My daughter had found out online who the boys were because of them bragging about jumping a boy at the skating rink. We could only charge one of the boys because of age and the boy we could charge was the one who started the fight. We filled out the paper work and told we would be contacted with the boys first court date. We were never contacted and checking online the warrant was never served. The concord police officers had also told us that the skating rink should have contacted concord police because that was not the deputy jurisdictions, the ems should have been contacted because of head trauma Conner could have had a concussion and there should have been a report filled. None of these things were done. We continually pursued the skating rink about these things and nothing was ever done. Then the skating rink started to accuse Conner of starting the fight. My daughter question the boy who started the fight and he provided us with what we had already knew that my son did not start the fight. My son used to love to go skating and was on the speed team and spent lots of money, the skating rink suspended my son for 3 months and we were never told how long he was suspended. Conner is afraid to go back because of how unsafe it is. I have already contacted channel 9 news and they were unable to help with this situation.

This place is very unsafe for you kids and the staff doesnt care for the safety of you or you family
