Horrible customer service. The rental smelled like marijuana and employee was aware. The rental exterior and interior was extremely dirty. Staff was not educated on prices and couldn't answer basic questions. They could barely work their computers/tablets. I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again!!!

Service was horrible, car was dirty I awaited a long time for pick up, and mgt told me be happy they picked me up? That should have been a red flag for me right then. This location gets NO STARS from me. The service here use to be very good but it's all new people now!!...

Although the people I dealt with were nice and professional, I still waited 3 hours to be picked up and brought to the Office which made me 3 hours late for work, which I am still trying to make up.
