I have been using this company for over a year. This company I really dont know how it is still being open. Everyone I have tried to talked too are so rude and very unprofessional... I was hurt very badly at my job and i just want to get the proper benefits owed to me from a company I worked hard for for over 11 years. And the company is using this company Compensation Claim is very unusual. I cant heal properly due do the stress of having to contact them for authorization on treatment that my adjuster Boscoe is always rejecting i guess he wants to pretend to be a Dr or something or when I call him to find out why are my checks getting lost in the mail this has happened four different times and its stressful when this is my only income and they just dont care when you try to get help. Its to the point where when I call they let the phone go to voice mail and if one of the rude receptionists answer goodluck cause they just mean and I guess hate their jobs idk. But if you dont have any other choice get an attorney and and pray they can help you so you can heal and get back to work.

Well, I'll first say my experience w/ Compensation Claims Solutions is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with(minus Sprint who is at least professional!). From the receptionist who is a 1st class B****H who could care less why your calling all the way up to the personel at the top...talk about nothing but RUDE! If you call and ask to speak to a supervisor, the receptionist who hates all mankind answers and says no one is there at that time. If you asked to be transferred, she says they dont have voicemail, they're out of the office, etc. In other words, your screwed and your not going to get to talk to anyone. My experience was much like "Sevntyx7's" review. Same old song and dance. Without going into great detail, once again minus probably Sprint(who was at least professional), they're customer service skills have to be the absolute worst of any company I have personally ever dealth with! I would give them a negative star if I could, but unfortunately, its not an option!
