I eat at this location frequently. Each visit is always pleasant. When I dine in, the employees are quick to deliver your meal to your table. I love this place because the employees deliver quality service.

You can call me 'old fashion', but I believe that anyone who patronizes an establishment should be greeted with respect, as 'sir' or 'madam'. I visited your store at Concord Mills Mall in Concord NC and was referred to as 'man', 'buddy' and 'dude' at least 10 times within a 3 min conversation. After the 1st couple of times, I mentioned my distaste towards the reference and it got worst. There were a couple of other customers in line with me who were in complete disbelief. I ended up requesting my money and leaving the store. Well, you may say, it was a young trainee or kid who did not know any better. Get this --- The guy who told me that he refers to all of his customers in this manner was the General Manager, Gary (1st name maybe incorrect) Cundiff. Wow! What are you guys doing hiring a manager like this. I have always felt good about taking my family to your stores. Not anymore! Now,



I now realize why others were in total disbelief. They read his name tag before I did. Get rid of this gentlemen. In my opinion, he does NOT deserve to represent your GREAT organization.

Hi, I have always enjoyed the food and service served at Chick Fil A's various Charlotte locations. However, I need to file a complaint against Chick Fil A's Concord Mills location due to loud church services blasted over loud speakers in front of the restaurant. My friend was able to hear them in the Concord Mills parking lot! I was at Panera's Concord Mills location, which is close to Chick Fil A's Concord Mills location. It was a beautiful evening and I wanted to sit outside. Yet, my peace and relaxation was disturbed by the obnoxious sermon about demons and repentance held in front of Chick Fil A. I think it is fine if worshipers of any sort want to gather respectfully and peacefully by the location. However, there is no reason that I need to hear their services at Panera! If I wanted to hear what they have to say, I would go to church. I would like this group removed or for them to organize a different way which does not disturb others. I will not dine at this Chick Fil A until this changes and will encourage others to do the same.

We frequently visit the restaurant at 8020 Concord Mills Blvd., Concord, NC. The managers and employess are by far the most trained of any of the Chick-fil-A's and we have enjoyed eating at many. It is always clean. The employees are always well trained, friendly and very helpful. The manager on duty always makes his presence known and interacts with the customers. Truly a place for just my husband and I as well as taking our grandchildren, who by the way, love the milkshakes.

I love taking my 3 kids to eat here, it's a good option for healthy fast food, the food is good and the service is wonderful!
