I loved dealing with this group. Very professional and patient, even when I lost the keys to the trade-in, in my sweatshirt pocket and we searched for over an hour for the keys! I recommend doing business with Carolina Auto Sports. Everyone was so nice and it is worth the drive to Concord, NC!

At first I thought this was the best place I had gotten a car...very friendly and did everything they could to get me in a car, even though I had no credit. I still owed 1/2 the down payment and told them I would bring the money when I got my first check in May. I told him the date of the first check. He asked for a check for goodwill. I gave him the check. His words were " Don't worry, I will not deposit the check unless you just don't bring the money. You will know before I deposit it if that becomes necessary". Well, he deposited the check 2 days before my payday, which is when I told him I would bring the money, did not have the common courtesy to contact me before he did, therefore I had a overdraft fee at my bank. This has cut me short on making my first payment. Obviously, they just tell you what they need to just to get you into a car and then don't have the respect to let you know before they are getting ready to do something that they said they wouldn't. I love my car, but a business's word is it's life, and I will never buy from them again, nor recommend anyone else to.
