This company installed my dishwasher WRONG! The hook up was not correct and rigged which caused the dishwasher to FLOOD! It ruined my hardwood floors in 3 rooms ! This happened June 27 2016 as of today aug 7 2016 nothing has been done to start the replacement process. When you contact them they don't reply back. So now it's time to hire attorney!!!

Have had service performed on my heating and air 3 times with Academy Mechanical and their service has always been fast,courteous and complete. The technician Shane has come to our rescue every time and got us up and running in no time. They always call and schedule service fast and friendly. 5 star company.

Went through American Home Shield to fix my HVAC. They sent out Academy Mechanical Repair Inc. who came out several times to evaluate a bad damper/actuator. After stating they had ordered the part and never showing up to install it, we finally contacted them and they stated they hadn't ordered the part. They then said the part was no longer made and that they would need to manufacture a part to fix it. Because it required "modification" the insurance company would only pay for the part and not the modification. That modification totaled $410 directly out of my pocket. Went online and found the part for $169. When I called Academy Mechanical back and told them I located the part they changed their tune and said what they meant to say was "the supplier where they order their parts" doesn't carry it. Owner refuse to return multiple calls. Completely unethical. This company has no qualms about taking $410 unnecessarily. Stay aaaawaaaaaay!!!!
