If you leave the work to Matt, you won't be enjoying your pool. Now that it is summer and the time we want to use our pool, it is green. Excuse we receive from Matt, it's been hot. Then after requesting Matt to come a little earlier on his scheduled service day we receive a very unprofessional email blaming us for the way our pool looks. The last time I checked, when you pay for a weekly pool service, I'm not the one that is supposed to make sure the pool stays blue.

My wife and I rented a house with a pool that was in bad condition. The pool leaked 500 gallons a day and was running on the original pump (50+) years old. Matt would shock the pool once a week with chemicals but in a couple of days it would just turn green. We did our best to keep it clean. We just recently were told by the owner of the house that Matt blamed the pool problems on us (the renters). That's just bad business.
