I came to this salon because they have a leg tanner. The girl at the desk was polite and checked me in- she even persuaded me to buy multiple tanning sessions in order to get a discounted price. When she took me back to the leg tanner the machine was not in a private room like the other tanners. Instead it was crammed into a corner next to the bathroom. For privacy as you take off your pants the offer a flimsy curtain. They had no other leg tanner in a private room so I asked for a refund. The girl was polite and apologetic but struggled to figure out the computer system to issue the refund. Then when she figured it out the printer didn't have the right ink. Then she tried to email me a copy of the refund receipt but couldn't figure it out. Other than the girl being nice, she was untrained and the salon was so unprofessional!
