My computer crashed on a Sunday and I called and left a message on the voicemail and within 15 minutes the owner called me back and setup a time for me to bring it by on Monday. After taking it in for repair they told me it was the power supply but the computer was so old I shouldn't spend any money on it so they gave me a used power supply and installed it for free while I waited. They might not stay in business long if they don't start charging for things, but it was a refreshing change from the other computer shops I've been to.
