Provided by YP.comEric provides excellent and prompt customer service and is expert at computer issues. He solved a router issue for me within 5 minutes over the phone --and I had been dealing with issue for weeks!!!! He picked up the phone immediately and answered all my questions --even without charging me! I have recommended him to my friends and will use his services whenever I have any computer issues. Thanks Eric!!!!
