I went in to ask how to take pics off my phone to the computer so I could print them and they told me I had to do a lot to my phone to do it.but all u have to do is put ur usb cord in and say yes when it askes to to load.they have no idea about the phones

i have always been pleased with sprint but when i went into this store to get my phone fixed everything went sour. by the time i left my phone was more messed up then when i had brought it in. they told me it was like that when i gave it to them so they didnt even replace it for me. not to mention there was a strong smell of body odor coming from the lady who had helped me.



when you are in customer service i would hope you would be clean. it was a very bad experience.
