HORRIBLE Customer service Experience-- Suppose to get installation in Columbus Ohio. Confirmation came in couple days before saying all good and that i needed to be there for the installation all normal thus far. As an executive of a company, i had to reschedule some appointments in-order to be at the installation, Eagle Industrial even said that they would call if anything came up. Well on the installation date, no one bothered to show up after an hour of waiting, to then find out the installer had called in sick that day. I told them that understand sickness but could have called me in the morning so that i could have stayed at work and not lost time. then to find out that a new installation would not possible for another 3 weeks out!!!! I told them that was not acceptable because i moved everything in the garage from one side to the other and now can not park my car and spent 2hr waiting. They said nothing they could do but credit 20.00 & have the choice to try another company. WOW!
