Provided by YP.comThere were two persons at the front counter. The intake person was disrespectful and combative. When the other person sought to help me, then the counter person tried to prevent her from providing the help I was being given. Where do they get these people and is there no unbiased personnel review process to assure quality and concern? I'd give zero the the counter lady and zero to the supervisor whom put this monster at the lead!!!
