Provided by YP.comI am giving this restaurant a 1 because I cannot give them anything less. For the past 2 Friday’s my family has attempted to eat here (and yes I know fridays are a little busier). The first Friday my family of 6 gets put in a booth. We asked to be moved but it was going to be a long wait, so we just left. Now yesterday (3/9/17) takes the cake! Our poor waitress. She was busting her butt. I felt completely sorry for her. Finally after an hour and 30 minutes, I asked to speak with Kin (owner). The person that came to our table was NOT him! I asked her “how come it is taking so long for the food to come out, are y’all short handed?” Her response was a short “no” (we aren’t short staffed). I asked, then what seems to be taking so long. No answer. So then I stated “y’all being slow in the kitchen is seriously affecting your waitresses, they only make $3 an hour and depend on their tips. When you aren’t able to get the food out in a decent time, the customer is usually going to take it out on the waitress”. Her response “yes I know, I’ve been doing this for 10 years”. (Like I asked her how long she’s been doing this) She was so rude! Completely ignored my questions, was extremely short, and never even apologized. She never introduced herself and just walk away quickly. The food ended up coming out when she was at the table also. I went to start to cool off a fry to give to my son and it was already so cold!! Everything on my plate was cold! I was extremely furious at this point. My family all got up and just left. We waited that long for cold food. There was a table of like 10 next to us and had this same problem: long wait and cold food. We ended up going to LuLu’S Burgers. Where we were serve hot, fresh food within 10 minutes. And here’s the thing: if the manager would’ve approached the situation differently, the outcome may not have been so poor. I myself (healthcare worker) would NEVER treat a patient like this, can’t believe they treat their customers like this.

Provided by SuperpagesThis resturant is terrible. The food is bland and the management has no clue as to what is going on. Is not worth the time or effort to go there. Avoid at all costs.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is one of the best places I have had the pleasure of eating at. The staff and management there is great. The bartender Jon is very sociable and good at what he does. The staff there is also not too bad to look at ;). They used to have a worker there Matt that was really nice to look at. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good family friendly place to eat.
