Please don't use these people for your shipping needs. If there is a problem they won't stand behind their customers. I shipped a package that was damaged and they refused my request for a refund. I had to go directly to the carrier for satisfaction. Their employee did not file a claim while telling me all along she had. Package was three days late in going out the door, poorly packed. While in most cases this would not be their fault because of special circumstances in this case, the owner would not step up to the plate and do the right thing. I guess with this business bottom line is more important than customer service. I learned my lesson the hard way, pleas don't let this happen to you. Avoid this business at all cost.

I agree that the service of this pak & print is usually quite accommodating, however, I left a lab coat to be embroidered for my profession and was very disappointed after 10days waiting to find out that their employee had not been in since I left it and I was not notified of the delay. When i called to check on the status, I was informed that they had no idea of when I could expect it to be completed and therefore should come pick it up and try to have it done somewhere else. This was a Wednesday when I would be leaving the country on Saturday with no notification on their part. If I hadn't called I would still be waiting for it to be done. I just feel that they should have called me to let me know the status and given me the option of picking it up and taking my business elsewhere before I would incur an additional charge for a 2 day rush job.

I am a manager at a local business. I am in need of printing quite often. They are always ready and willing to help me. The quality is always great, the printing is always done fast and the customer service is GREAT! Couldnt ask for more, they are a great business

Joe and his staff are exceedingly helpful and very professional. My son chooses creative themes for his birthday parties, and Joe does a great job on the invitations and thank you cards. Pak & Print Plus LLC offers a variety of services: Printing, Embroidery, Packing and Shipping and even creating blueprints. If you need something out of the ordinary printed or need something shippedgo see Joe. He'll do a great job!

I was very happy when I went in to ship an item the buyer wanted COD /UPS I asked if that was a good way to ship- They said honestly no!! I feel like they could have gone ahead and made a sale but didnt want me to get ripped off!! Thank you so much! I highly recommend--considering most places like this are only to make a buck-- they aren't! I feel they are trying to make sure the customer is happy.

These are the nicest people you could ever meet. I never go to the post office anymore. One day I thought I had lost a receipt there, and when I called to see if they had found it they even went through the trash can looking for it for me. They did not find it but how many people will go through the trash for you? Very easy place to get stamps and they have great cards.

They did an awesome job on the graphics on my car, which was also designed by the owner as well as put on my car. it helps make my car stick out of the crowd with out pulling a lot of money from my pockets.

Small business with super nice staff...Sarah designed our business card, Cool Logo,They don't charge for the design really sharp and reasonable price on cards. I'll be back.
