Do not waste your time coming here!!!
My daughter & I got here 2 1/2 hrs ago to have SNS done on our nails. They have not been extraordinarily busy, but apparently only one manicurist here does SNS- or repairs nails- because 2 other ladies were here before us & have been waiting to have their repairs done & are still here as well. It is now time for them to close & we were told ( after the old SNS has been removed from both our nails) that although I asked three times if they would be able to get to our nails & told they would, that she can only do 1 of our nails because it is time to close. If I had known that at 5:20 when we got here or even 6:45 the last time I asked we would have gone somewhere else. There are 3 “manicurist” here who have done nothing for an hour because all they can do are basic Mani/ Pedis- It’s beyond ridiculous- there are far too many other great choices toward Hamilton Mill to deal with this lowest level of customer service!
