I had such a good experience with RAC this week. They took over local delivery for a very large and heavy package (700 lb play area for my kids) I had coming from another larger national transportation company. I needed the delivery quickly and the larger company seemed to be dragging their feet. RAC took responsibility for my package before it was even in their system. Their customer service rep made all the phone calls (two to me and at least three more to the other company and between the RAC distribution centers) to make sure the load was on its way and would be at my house when I needed it. The delivery guys were courteous and careful and even helped me put the package in my garage when they could have just left it at the curb. In a day when most people pass the buck and you wait around for someone to do their job, I am beyond grateful for their excellent service.
