Buyer beware! Really they rate less than 1 star. They mix their own stain which may account for the crazy variation in color throughout the house or perhaps it is the sloppy application. Stain is haphazardly splattered on baseboards and the floor with some areas very dark and others very light. They did come back and completely re-sand and refinish the loft and hallway because there were literally stripes of lighter colored areas. They removed some baseboards and broke them and then tried to hide that they broke some by sloppy cocking. When they applied their stain and clear coat, they did it with the baseboards in place, so they are all essentially glued to the floor from the dried clear coat. Nail holes weren't filled properly, the stairs squeak terribly and there are gaps in the stair installation that shouldn't be there. I can't believe they are still in business. We have had hardwood work done before and this experience was a nightmare compared to our previous experience.
