Reliable...efficient..helpful. one week after installing had water damage...Jeff personally came in to assess damage..sent in crew..checked status and was supportive through the ordeal. I highly recommend this company..as a Lowes subcontractor and for their professional approach to their work..as well as for their interest in the clients well being. I rated them 4 star as I never claim anyone or any company is totally perfect... one allows room for minor errors nonetheless we are highly satisfied with Focus on floors and cannot endorse any poor reviews.

Long story short, refused to repair a very small area of grout that's chipped out. Could have had a long term customer, it would have cost them 1/2 man hors and $5 in materials. Instead put me on the defensive, and wanted to charge over $300.00. Sad that owners don't train their staff to "do the right thing".

Lowe's has lost a customer for life.

I had a mosaic tile backsplash installed recently. The installer was not able to grout as promised on the same day of install. After he left I noticed over 50 areas that were broken, damaged or in serious need of repair. They did not use a wet saw and cracked the majority of my $12.00 a sqft tile with pliers. Within 3 hours of the installer leaving almost one foot of tile had seperated from the wall. Lowe's store managers and the owner of Focus on Floors came to my house, they all agreed the entire job would have to be redone. This hole ordeal took place over a week ago, no one has called or scheduled the RE INSTALL yet. Poor customer service, poor workmanship! Run don't walk away from this vendor. What a complete nightmare this has been.

I have used Focus for many years for my flooring needs from rentals to new construction homes. I know for a fact that this company has outstanding installers and are extremely professional. The install they did in my home of 4500 sf of pattern carpet came out beautiful!!!! THANK YOU FOCUS ON FLOORS!!!!

Very Disappointed! We purchased carpet through Lowes in September 2011. We carpeted our entire house (2,300 sq ft). All the seams show, they broke the bed frame and foot board in our master bedroom, carpeted over the electrical outlet in one bedroom, re-hung closet doors in the wrong bedrooms, and knocked the rounded corner wood peices off of the base boards. That part wouldn't be a problem but they threw everything out when pulling the old carpet instead of saying, "Hey these peices fell off." We spent nearly $7,000 dollars with Lowes for this, it's been six months, and we still can't get past the seams showing in every room. Lowes gave us a $35 gift card and Focus on Floors offered to hammer down the seams to simulate a worn look. REALLY? So bummed I can't tell you. We will never cut corners again. Only go through a professional carpet store. Pay a little more but be truly happy.
