I'm not the type of person to critize and hurt other others but I just want to warn anyone interested in purchasing insurance from her.. I think American Family is a great company but this is an agent that is not trustworthy, she will do anything to get you a good deal on your insurance, but doesn't tell you why its cheaper and then comes an accident and she will not call you back and tells you that you should have bought better insurance. Be carefull when buying insurance from her..
