I'm not sure who this guy is talking about but it isn't TowerLee. They don't do thermography and never have. I have been a customer of theirs for 15 years. They are a very professional company. Print savy, wholesale and family owned since 1920! To my knowledge they are one of the oldest print companies in the U.S.

Tower Lee has great customer service and my prints that I requested were early! The color and format was better than the proofs that were sent. I also could not believe the price, what I was quoted for was the price I paid! It was great not feeling like they tricked me into paying more. I definitely got exactly what I paid for!
