SECO was originally established to supply protective packaging to the electronics industry in 1982. SECO Industries manufactures and distributes a complete line of environmental-safe packaging from poly to static-free to barrier and cushion-packaging products to shrink-wrap. The company also specializes in producing custom multi-layer pouches and transporters for electronic, medical and food service applications. Products available include single-layer bags, clear moisture barrier bags, foil moisture barrier bags, cushion pouches, slide-rite bags, binders, sheet protectors, shop travelers, stretch and shrink film, square-bottom covers, gusset bags, corrosion/static intercept barriers, adhesive envelops, labels, vinyl badges and card holders. In 1997, SECO acquired Gramatech, a manufacturer of vacuum and heat-sealing equipment.
