awful...they did not show up.....the driver lied...said he spoke to us....never happened...why would we want to miss our plane?....the absolute worst customer service..they tried to blame us for missing the shuttle that never came .....had to drive ourselves to the airport after paying them for transportation...,. It gets worse..,, they forgot to pick us up on our return from JFK.....super shuttle will guarantee thAt you miss your plane....and pay for it.
