I usually don't write reviews but I had to leave a few words after the caliber of service I received from Randi & The WIN Group Insurance Agency. From the beginning she was professional, personable, knowledgable and thorough. Not once did I feel as if I wasn't being taken care or that I had been put to the side. I even learned quite a few things about certain coverage like the personal liability umbrella I hadn't realized I even needed. She offered all the information needed but never pressured me into any decisions. When done, I had saved money on my coverage and had passed my renters insurance over to her as well without any hesitation. I will send any referral business I know of with a vote of confidence to Randi Cekosh and The WIN Group.
