it is important for you to understand that a manager's job is to insure quality food is served at temperature and to make sure that there is order. unfortunately the manager here marissa fails in every way to perform her job properly. she constantly yells at her employees she argues with the customers the food is served cold to luke warm Compared to all of the other restaurants adjacent to the property it is obvious that they are not getting their fair share of the market This is due to the inept buffoon they call a manager once the franchise realizes the error of their ways they will get rid of her and get somebody that is truly qualified to operate this project and let this woman go and clean office buildings. Unfortunately I am not the only one complaining about burger king it is all over the internet and burger king is dying what a shame I can remember when it first came out on the market out in the seventies. Lines out the door with people waiting just to experience a delicious hamburger everything has changed now and it is what it is and this is why whataburger and jack in the box and all the other fast food restaurants are so successful.
