Called to schedule a birthday party (for adults). Spoke with Frank, the owner, and made a reservation. Turned out the evening of my reservation was also booked for a league event. Frank (and Theresa?) contacted me, told me about the mix up, but managed to reschedule the league event to honor the reservation. The actual experience at the range was fantastic. The staff were nice with just a bit of sass, the instruction was good and the games were fun. Highly recommend it if interested in learning to shoot.

Poor customer service. Called to schedule a lesson and they don't take same day appointments. I had called the day before and asked about appointments and was told sat at 2pm was available. I wasn't told I had to schedule the day before nor does it say on website. That would have been fine except when I pointed that out the guy told me "it is what it is you can't get upset about it".

I enjoy this place very much. Always a great group of people. Open do it yourself bow dept. Great shooters. Only thing i dont like is the have Open, Hunters and Traditional class all in one class. Guys with recurves shoot in same class as guys with scoped sights and 3ft stabilizers. And they draw for partners at the end of the night. But targers are always in great shape. The pratice targets are brand new. #0 yard range with platform shooting. Great place to check out for sure..
