Provided by YP.comI called to tell them how I appreciated the one who was cooking and did not get anyone to answer the phone called 2 times nothing there is one guy who works there his name is Khan very polite and does all my orders right very great cook . This Guy should be the manager seen him before at another Restaurant and then he wasnt there and that restaurant wasnt the same...... why is he just a cook he is very smart and takes care of all his guest with all they need .........he needs a raise or you all need to make him manager when he is not there the food is not as good so I try to go when he is working thank you for reading this and please give him the reccanision he should have .......thumbs up to that cook

Provided by YP.comThe Taco Bell on Sawmill has been horrible the last few times I went there, but this time was especially rediculous. I waited 20 minutes after my order was taken (inside) before trying to speak to the "assistant manager, Jeff." When I walked up there, he was literally standing against the wall staring at his 3 employees. Not helping at all. There were 10 people waiting for their order inside. Finally he walked over to get gloves and I asked him if he was the manage, "I'm the ASSISTANT manager." He wouldn't even come up to the counter. I told him I had been waiting 21 minutes for my order and he just stared at me. He finally came up to me and very blankly and carelessly said, "I'm sorry." With the head nod and all. My food was half-filled. My sister's order was wrong. They always get some part of my order wrong and when I asked for the franchise #, he gave me the stupid survey number. YOU CAN'T REACH A PERSON THIS WAY! Stay away from this Taco Bell!

Provided by YP.comThis has to be THE worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I went through the drive thru and what I received was terrible. Tacos that were not even halfway filled, cold beans, cold nacho cheese, and that was the part of the order they got right. It took 11 days to get a manager to call me back (I called 1-800-TACO-BELL 3 times, USELESS!!!). I finally called the Taco Bell corporate office and finally the franchise owner (Pacific Bells 360-694-7855, if you need to complain, and you will, you will need this number) to get something done about it. The owner's attitude was indifference. When I went to get my money it was extremely dirty and I saw one of the food workers pick his nose while fixing food! STEER CLEAR of this place!!!
