I went here for a simple eyebrow wax. I called to see how much before I came in. I was told $12.00 After I got my eyebrows waxed and was at the counter to pay, they told me $16.00. I told them, that was not how much I was told on the phone. They then laughed and said something in whatever language they speak and said that the $16.00 was tax and tip. I went ahead and paid it, but also told them I was never coming back. I thought that was very shady. Also, I think I should decide how much I want to tip based on the quality of your work and customer service provided.

Worst experience ever! Just spent an hour and 15 minutes waiting for someone to do a basic pedicure. There were only 2 people working and there were 4 women being attended to. I realize they had their hands full, but after 45 minutes of no acknowledgment, they told me I could sit in one of the massage chairs. I then sat in the massage chair for another 30 minutes. The employees had not even the slightest bit of urgency and laughed and socialized instead of doing their clients nails. After waiting a total of an hour and 15 minutes I gathered up my things and began to walk towards the door. The employees then asked me if I wanted a pedicure. I told them I was just going to find another place to do my nails. One of the employees thanked me for being so patient, even though I hadn't even had a service done. I can't even begin to explain how upset I am. I do not recommend this salon. Horrible customer service. Never going back.

I'm sorry but i have nothing good to say about "Star Nails". I just moved to dublin and "Star Nails" is the closest salon to my house ...and was planning on being a regular customer .....NOT anymore. Today I went there and all i have to say is .....Horrible customer service, Sloppy work , and i may not speak the language, but when your being disrespected and talked about....there's no language barrier especially for body language. I was extremely disappointed with the service here...and will drive a few extra minutes out of the way every two weeks to get my nails done ..to where my business will be apprecitated.
