I have been generally happy with Sears Auto Center for routine maintenance and repair including, e.g., new tires and batteries, wheel alignment, rotation and balancing, brake check and replacement of pads and rotors, oil change, oil and air filter changes, etc. They do not do complicated unusual repairs such as broken electric window cranks, electronic system, etc. which should go to a different shop of the dealer. I always have felt comfortable that they are talking straight and doing the right thing at a reasonable price. Also happy that a retired Roush Honda guy is now working at Sears Auto Polaris since he knows everything about our 2002 Honda Cr-V. However, I do not even bother taking my BMW 750i to Sears since they would not know much about it.
