Rife’s did an excellent job repairing my Infinity. Everyone there was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The car looked terrific when it was finished, and they kept me well informed throughout the repair process.
They also did all the necessary communications with the insurance company.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs automotive body work.

My choice is Rife Auto Body! Excellent attention to detail! Excellent Customer Service Skill from the front desk to the take down and rebuild. Long established company with excellent negotiation skill. They care about your needs. I give them 5 stars!! And will use them again. Thank you again for your fine service. Consumers have a voice, be aware you many not have one with Rife's.

Have had great service in the past and they do great work 99% of the time. This time it has been challenging. Please beware that if you chose them for an insurance repair and they are not a preferred collision center that your insurance company can not help when they won't fix an issue that you (the customer) believes was done incorrectly.
They know it is just the customer vs them. I just received this experience when talking to a manager. When I confirmed they were not going to rectify the issue I said I was going to call my insurance company. The response I received was "Go ahead". They know that the insurance company has no power with them.

I got rear-ended by some lady that once she started sliding on ice, "confused the gas for the brake" Rife's arranged to have a rental car dropped off at their shop and had my truck back on the promised time. They even detailed the entire interior, which was absolutely unexpected...THANKS Rife's.
