Stay far away from this franchise. If I could rate negative, I would put them at -5 stars. Unreliable service at the best. No response at all from management despite 20-30 attempts," I'll have a supervisor call you back" is their standard line. Never happens. Six more months on the contract and I'm finished with them. Good Riddance!!!
