We had a horrible experience there this morning. We scheduled an appointment which they had available on line from the moment we got there we were rushed. He put us in a fitting room put some pins in our pants and left us there and then came back and said this is my only fitting room are you all done. He never told us he was done measuring or anything then said he couldn't have a pair of pants tapered until 10/9. Needless to say we left and will never go back.

Really impressed. I had some pretty specific tailoring needs for altering a dress as well as a suit jacket and hadn't been able to find a place that understood what I wanted and/or how to do it - until I found Red Carpet Alterations! Ali really know what he's doing and goes out of his way to provide great understanding and service... and the end result is even better than I'd have hoped for! I've been telling all my friends.
