I came in with a cause of dizziness and nausea. The front desk attendant was super personable and helpful. The nurse was very professional and helped me calm down when I was nervous about my symptoms. The doctor was also super helpful and extremely friendly. I was seen by both the nurse and doctor within 10 minutes. I was quickly prescribed mediciation to help me. I would recommend this Ohio health urgent care to anyone in need of a quick check up! The whole staff was extremely impressive!

10 stitches, in and out quickly.
Nurses assisted me with the paper work.
I asked the nurse to hold me hand, becuz I was in pain.

This used to be the BEST Urgent Care in the area, however, they were bought out in September of 2014 by Ohio Health and the service has gone completely downhill. I saw a doctor for a total of 2.5 minutes, long enough for him to ask me what I thought was wrong and then say he would write a script for an antibiotic. This "doctor" didn't even bother sending a culture into the lab, therefore giving me a worthless antibiotic. I had to see my regular physician 3 days later and be prescribed a different antibiotic, as my infection was resistant to the original one. So basically I had to pay $165 for 2.5 minutes that were completely worthless to me and added three more days to my recovery/ I will never go back there.

Came in to because I was just not feeling myself. I was dizzy, nauseous, and excessively exhausted. The wait time was minimal the nurse was very kind and asked if I would like some water or something to drink while I waited. I said yes and she returned with a bottle of water. The doctor came in soon after and was wonderful as well. He talked to me for about 10 mins and really seemed concerned. He ordered some test that were preformed in office wrote me a script for my nausea, refered me to a primary care doctor in network , stated for me to come back to him if I continued to have problems until I got into the primary care doctor and then sent me on my way. I recommend Polaris Urgant care if you don't have a primary care doctor. The staff here is wonderful kind and really concerned about your health and well being.

The Best Urgent Care I have ever had to go to! Lately, it's so hard to get into our Primary Care Dr's! Polaris Urgent Care is very efficient, short wait time, and extremely professional! I have been there several times for Sinus Infections/Bronchitis. My husband has been there for Bronchitis, Ear Infections and Sinus Infections. Dr. Garcia ROCKS as does all of his hard working staff! I have referred family members to go there, and they have.........and have also been quite happy with the care that they have received! Thanks Dr. Garcia!

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible . Took my daughter there yesterday the doctor spent 20 seconds in the room before he said he will be right back. A nurse walks in few seconds later and tell me to take her to children's hospital, due to the fact they did not have the right equipment to help her, they said she is very dehydrated and looks horrible. I don't know how you can tell me whats wrong if you don't look at her, but i could tell they were being lazy. We rush her to children's and now i am stuck with a hospital bill for an earache and a sinus infection. from reading the other reviews if you got a problem that a school nurse can handle urgent care Polaris is the place to go. If you your kid is sick or there might be something seriously wrong DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! ( i will add that the lady at the front desk and the nursing staff were very nice, i am sorry they have to work for such a poorly ran healthcare facility. )

Went to Polaris urgent care after work was in and out in 45 mins which was great I thought I would be waiting longer. Everybody there was nice and helpful and I was treated for what I had bronchitis and the stomach flu. Will definitely go there again if I have too!

I went to Polaris urgent care with a U.T.I. I ended up paying over $300.00 for a prescription for free antibiotics. When I received a second bill from them, I was upset when they billed me $32.00 for a pregnancy test. I was never asked if there was any chance I was pregnant, which there was absolutely, positively NO way I could be pregnant, and I was never informed I'd be given & billed for a pregnancy test. I can pick up a pregnancy test at the dollar store for $1.00, and they're just as effective as the test I'm sure I was given. They refused to drop the charge. I feel $300 to address I UTI is pretty excessive, especially with unnecessary charges like that. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth, and will deter me from returning.

Do NOT go there. First, the place is filthy. When I was there they were taking back ine patient every 40 minutes - the doctor was very slow, seeing one patient at a time. No one at the desk asked what was wrong. The "urinalysis cups" they provide are paper coffee cups that are just sitting out in the air, unwrapped. The doctor, when she finally arrived, was immediately rude, patronizing and condescending. She wanted to focus on my blood pressure, which is hIgh since I have PTSD (and I was in pain.) She refused to treat me for my bladder infection, and was very rude to me. I left, but not before yelling at her. That is no way to treat someone who is ill. Completely unacceptable.

I was diagnosed with shingles at this urgent care, as soon as the nurse saw my back she knew it, I could see in her eyes. She had the doc come in and look at me and I was in and out in a half an hour. Just recently my husband needed to go and had an absess on his leg. The Dr. looked at it and truthfully said that he felt like it was something he shouldn't handle in the office. He suggested our next step to see a more specialized doctor, and it was great advice. What a great and honest person he was. I will absolutely go again.

My son was very ill and the day before I took him to the Sunbury Urgent care and they did nothing for him. They said he had a virus and sent us home with nothing. The Polaris Urgent Care did several tests and xrays on my son and determined he had pneumonia. A mother knows when her child is sick. That's why I took him to the Urgent Care in the first place. Thank You Polaris Urgent Care for taking the time to look over my son and figure out what was wrong with him. I will come there from now on.

MIRACLE HEALERS.........they treated my boils in about 2 days. Their staff was wonderful. they were extremely professional..my own family doctor could not heal me with 2 months of care..good jod guys..

I received a wonderful care from this facility. they treated my rash/poison ivy with an injection and a script for a cream in about 24 hours. Great bedside manners. I was registered and discharged in about half an hour. The staff was FRIENDLY...PROFESSIONAL...AND QUICK.. I see why people say they are THE BEST URGENT CARE IN COLUMBUS...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...

I've always had a great experience at Polaris Urgent Care. The wait isn't too long and the people are very helpful and act like they care. I would highly recommend the place.
