I attempted to call and email about my 3 room Groupon that I purchased and NEVER heard back. Do not buy the Groupon.

Was a really good company to work with in the past...When Nick was there. He was passionate about carpets and customer service. (In fact I wrote that on an Angie's List review and gave it high ratings) Alas he is not there and according to Will (a manager I think) its because "he didn't charge customers for extra work." Had Nationwide clean my carpets 11/15/15. They looked fine when wet. When dry, the traffic areas and area where my dog had an accident was just as dirty as before. I contacted Will with my concerns on 11/28/15 (waited until after Thanksgiving, thought things would be hectic there that week). He talked at length about how my carpets were bad (High grade Stain Master installed 2 years ago) and I believed him. I then used my carpet cleaner and cleaned the area myself with stellar results. I tried calling him back. Left several messages but no call back. Called again 12/12/15 and he answered the phone. Will said it is not his fault I have a dog who pees all over the place. (He had an accident in one spot) I offered to show him the before and after pictures or have him come out and take a look because I requested a refund so I could hire a good company to get my carpets cleaned. He refused that request. He got angry and said it was all my fault that my carpets looked dirty. He "cleans 700-800 carpets a year and only gets about 3 complaints." Well, this is one of them. Its a shame he treats customers so poorly.

Outstanding service and attention to detail. Scheduling was easy.. they were understanding of my busy house and work schedule.. showed up on time and were easy to work with. Really.... 3 cheers for Nationwide Cleaners!!
