Currently renting a 3bedroom apartment. Have had no issues with the apartment or office and overall have been having a very great experience living here.

We have the rudest management and they let their friends live free... We have a dead animal in our attic so eight units smell like the morgue.. Our crafty maintenance guys don't know how to fix anything so they tore the ceiling in trying to get it... They also hot wired my furnace so it never shuts off, now that I'm month to month they want me to go.... Higher rent and more security deposits

NEVER MOVE HERE They are terrible, they never fix anything, after being asked over an over an over again! The office people are even rude and when asked when the issue will be fixed I kid you not.... The answer I get "we don't know so asking won't help"!!!

Lake Eden is a joke!!! The do not fix any maintenance problem out here. I been asking for over week to have my ac fix because I have little kids and the office staff keep telling me that it not a emergency because it not 85 degree outside but my apartment is reading 87 degree inside. All the apartments out here have BED BUGS!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! this place is awful!!!! don't believe all the reviews?? just drive by & see for yourself!!! make sure to watch out for all the pot-holes......which they refuse to fix/fill in!!! and if you ask them about it, when its going to be addressed......the office staff acts like its the residents fault!! the office staff is NO HELP, RUDE, and LIE right to your face!!! make sure to check out all the "amenities" they offer too!!! check out how green the pool is, and the lock on the gate to the pool, that is never open!!! check out the pond (its not a lake idiots!) and how nasty the water is!!! ooohhh, and make sure u check out their "playground"!! what a joke!! ur kid has better chances of catching a disease than having fun playing!!! oh, and dont mind the group of grown men, who sit in front of & watch all the kids playing @ the "playground"......because they are paying residents who can sit & watch kids where ever they want!!!! CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE from this place!!!!!!

Would not recommend this place to any one with nice vehicals. Poor management, no parking, don't plow, and illegal renters. Not illegal immigrants. It's maltiple family's that lives in a two bedroom apartment without a lease. That means two or three family's living in per apparent with four or five cars equal no parking. Lol this place is a joke. I've lived their about 5 months and had to leave. My vehicals was getting damaged by kids playing in the parking lot without there parents supervision. Kids running around in the street stopping traffic thinking its funny.. I mean come on now. I seen a woman running over a cat through there and not think twice about stopping to check if it was a kid.

What can I say about Lake Eden? All of the reviews that I have read are true and there's no good reason you should live here. My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and we can't wait to get out. We always had problems with the heating and cooling system. Not enough heat and freon. Windows are very old and the apartments don't want to replace them and let alone there are holes in the screen. It gets really cold in the winter so we had to blast our heating up and caused our bill to climb. When it got hot, our ac broke and we had to wait for a over a week to get it fixed. The outside wooden steps are dry rotted and my wife and myself fell a couple times. They were like that since we moved in. So it goes to show you the maintenance has a tremendous lack of effort. This place may look nice on the outside but after you sign your name on the dotted line, you will regret it.

If I didn't have to give any stars for this apartment complex I wouldn't. I was assured when I moved in that this place was safe and had crime rates average to any other complex. COMPLETE LIE! I haven't even lived in the apartment for three months and my car and my boyfriends car has been vandalized! The maintenance is horrible and moved my furniture when it had no reason to be moved in the first place. Even knocked stuff off and left it on the floor. I went to the office and all they said was "sorry" like they had no feelings at all about what happened. DO NOT MOVE HERE, you will hate it and will regret it.

I am sick of this place, too. I have had my heat break 3 times in 6 days. Just today we called this morning to report it and no one ever came. I had to call the emergency maitenance line and they finally came at 5:15pm. They said no one ever told them they needed to come back. I have had mold in my vents and they refused to clean them until I threatened to (and did) call the board of health. The appliances are old and will be replaced for an additional monthly fee. This place is ridiculous. I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt for almost three years. I am tired of that!

This is, without a doubt, the worst apartment complex you will ever encounter. The staff is incredibly rude with their too-busy-for-you attitudes. You will never see the maintenance guys unless they are kicked back, eating Fritos in the leasing office. I have reported a hole in my ceiling five times. Each time, they either say "We will send someone out" and they never do, or one time someone actually came out, looked at the hole, and promised me they would be back the following week to tear out the ceiling and fix the leaky hole. That was three weeks ago. When I went into the office to complain again, not only did the man at the desk treat me badly, but the maintenance man actually said to me, "Oh, you still have that leak?" That was two weeks ago. Think I have seen him since?

Also, if you do move in, pray that you don't have neighbors above or beside you. You will hear everything they say or do, literally everything.

Trust me when I say, do not waste your time and money on this dump. I plan on posting this on every apartment review site because I am that fed up with Lake Eden/Lebanon Station and the incompetent people that work here. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, and I cannot wait to move.
