Your company exemplified unprofessional service. I obliged their excuses for being rescheduled twice as I understand unforseen circumstamces may occur. The 3rd attempt & arrival was late. As we walked through the areas for carpet cleaning the worker rudely argued & increased the price quoted & requested payment by cash only. I expressed my concerns & he continued to argue so he said he'll do it this time & would never come back. I told him to leave & I'll never contact your company again. How would any company build trust with their client by arguing even before starting the job?

They came to our house on super short notice (less than 24 hours) and did a wonderful job. We will recommend them to others!
