Awful Awful experience with this business. My experience was just like the other individuals who reviewed this business. I ordered flowers online through their website and called the next day for an ETA on the arrangement. I was told that the order was refused??? I received a confirmation e-mail for the delivery? How can they be refused, I was told by the lady on the phone that the owner refused them.. I never received a call that the order was canceled or an email about the cancellation. How unprofessional, and the lady on the phone was super rude me and never once apologized.. This left me in a scramble to figure out flowers that now was too late for any delivery.... So I called to Kroger and their floral department made the arrangement in less than an hour and the flowers looked amazing and were HUGE... Kroger did such a better job for a bigger floral arrangement for a better price than this disaster of a business.... It seems from the other reviews this place is a complete joke!!
