Very helpful when we were unsatisfied with our online purchase. During a very stressfull time they really helped us out. Michael was able to effectively find us a dress when we needed on asap. Highly recommend Henri's for dress shopping.

This was my second year coming to Henris Cloud nine and everytime Ive went to this store I've gotten the most honest, and genuine help and I'm happy to say that Nick Tuttle has now sold me my second prom dress. Nick was always brutally honest and funny at the same time. This year he diffently drilled it into my head that it's my senior year and I need to go all out and I now can't wait till prom because my dress is to die for. The environment is so up going and very awesome to be around I recommended this place to everyone!

We have been going to Henri's Columbus for 3 years for prom dress shopping. The service is always top notch and the stylists work very hard to make sure each girl has a wonderful experience . We travel almost 3 hours just to have the Henri's experience . We've never been disappointed and look forward to next year. Looking forward to their new location!

Adam Fox helped my daughter pick out her first homecoming dress and he was amazing! Very attentative to what she liked and wanted and made this experience wonderful! Will definitely be going back to Henri's next year for their amazing dress selection and asking for Adam!

I was in the store looking for a prom dress and I can not believe they have $300-$1000 dresses just thrown all over the place, beads falling off of every single dress. I knew when I walked in the store I would not purchase a dress from there. The bottoms of the dresses had all been stepped on because there was no where to walk. The people working were very fake and seemed to only care about a sale, not about finding you a dress you love and feel comfortable wearing. The owners were also very rude. The way they just threw around thousand dollar dresses gives me the impression they would do the same with wedding dresses. I drove 2 hours to come to this store and I will not make the same mistake again

I live in Colorado, but while visiting family in Ohio I wanted to try on some wedding dresses with my future mom and sister in law. Our time at Henri's was great - from the door to the dressing room, everyone was so helpful and kind. I especially have to recommend Devon who made our whole group feel so special and the experience just wonderful. She was very patient and considerate of what I was looking for. I didn't buy a dress there for logistical reasons, but I did find the dress! Thanks Devon :)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Henri's shopping for (and eventually purchasing) my wedding dress! My sister and I are both having our weddings a month and a half apart, and we came in to the Columbus store for double appointments during the same time slot. We wondered if this might be a consultant's nightmare, but they acted so happy to work with us and said they had looked forward to the appointment. We worked with Shawna and Aurilla, who were truly awesome (seriously, if you're setting up an appointment, ask for one of them!). They did a fantastic job pulling dresses that were exactly the styles we were looking for and they were happy to accept our opinions on the dresses - never trying to convince us to like something we didn't care for, but also offering options for aspects we might have preferred to change if they were possible for specific gowns we otherwise liked.

I knew I had found my dress by the end of the appointment, but already had another appointment scheduled for later that day. There was no pressure to purchase that day (which I GREATLY appreciated!), and I came back the following week to try on, take pictures, and order and my gown. Aurilla placed my order, as Shawna wasn't working that day, and Shawna even sent me an e-mail the following day to tell me congratulations again on my dress and let me know I can always contact her with any follow-up questions.

I went dress shopping in Dayton, Columbus and Cincinnati and found my dress in several different shops. Henri's was by far the best deal, even without a sale or special promo. They won't close the shop down for your appointment and serve you cupcakes and champagne, but they'll save you precious wedding budget dollars on a beautiful, authentic dress and make you feel like they're genuinely happy for you to have found the dress that you're going to get married in, regardless of how much you're spending. If you're looking for a great selection, fantastic deal, and wonderful consultants, I highly recommend Henri's!

Seriously disgusted with Henri's online service. I wanted to buy a pair of $25 earrings and they were going to charge $30 for normal shipping. I called to confirm this was a mistake... NOPE! Everything is shipped through UPS and insured and so a $25 pair of earrings that can be thrown into a padded envelope and shipped INSURED via USPS for $6 costs more to ship than the actual purchase itself. Way to say "I don't want your business" Henri's.

Henri's is the best! I walked in and was in shock as to how many dresses were in the store! They have everything imaginable in all all sizes. i love that they register the dresses to your school so no one else will have the same dress as you. it took me a little longer than most to find my dress, but the stylist helping me was awesome and so helpful as to what looks good on my body type. i really cant imagine going anywhere else now because of the great experience there.

This place is awesome. i came in around the end of january looking for my prom dress and there were hundreds of dresses in the store. I found my dress within an hour. i loved the fact that i was able to put my dress in layaway and make monthly payments on it and that it ws looked over to make sure that all the beading waa taken care of and fixed.

Henri's is a great place for any of your dress needs!! i am a plus size girl and it is hard to find my size and something trendy and cute. I went shopping for a prom dress. i found a dress that i loved and felt confident in. Not only do they have great plus sizes they had all styles and sizes to choose from. The staff was nice and helpful. The girl that help me also was able to pick out my jewelry too. Henri's staff not only finds u the perfect dress they make u want to keep coming back!!

If you're going prom shopping, I would recommend Henri's Cloud Nine. When I went in to look for my prom dress I was greeted and had a consultant helping me right away, I didn't know what kind of dress I wanted to wear and she pulled out all different kinds for me to try on. It took me about an hour to find my dress and I left feeling good about my choice. There are a lot of dresses to choose from and they even have a bridal section and a pagaent section. It was a great trip and I am happy I chose to go there. No one else had my dress because they make sure that no one does before you buy the dress. If you need dresses for any kind of formal occasion, I'd definitely go to Henri's!

Planning my wedding was so stressful, but Henri's made it a breeze to find my wedding gown. I was nervous about shopping for a wedding gown because I am petite, so I thought finding a dress that would flatter me would be difficult to find. I was thoroughly impressed with the selection and customer service I received. The consultant was very knowledgable of the fabrics and silhouettes and carefully listened to what I wanted and did not want; she stayed under the budget we mentioned and she even selected the dress that ended up being my wedding dress! I could not be happier with my dress and the service I received; I've recommended Henri's to any bride I run into in the planning process!
