We are the parents of a preschooler. as We called to ask for a copyright release of our childs preschool pictures, first nobody answered the phone. we left a message and it took a day for them to call back. unfortunately we were unavailable as they called back, so here's the message of someone we never saw, met or personally talked to. "you called regarding a copy right release regarding you childs preschool pictures. we do not do that. this is all we offer as a product. you can call and ask me again in person but I will not tell you anything different. so you may or may not call again." Really?! I understand this is their only product and they may not (even for a charge) release their copy rights, but does one have to be this rude?! Should I not have the right to ask, besides the fact that the picture is of my child and I did not go to his studio but they came to the preschool. as well as when we paid for the preschool pictures it took 3 weeks for the check to clear?! basically he was saying he does not want our business by leaving a message "you may or may not call again" ?!
