I recently sold an item at the Clintonville location on N. High Street. Not only did I receive top value for my item, but the experience was first class. The store is new, conveniently located in a nice area of town, and the customer service is outstanding.

This company was great! They were very professional, paid me so much that I actually got enough to pay my taxes and they made a huge contribution to my charity. I recommend everyone use these guys to sell your unwanted or broken jewelry. Thanks so much for providing this great service.

These guys opened up this past fall in the old NBC4 studio on Broad & High. I noticed the storefront on the way in to work. Always looks nice. Have long been curious what some of my jewelry might fetch on the market, but never had the guts or interest to visit 'other' locations. This place made me feel comfortable. Check out their pictures. The store is nicer than my bank! The store manager was professional and kept me informed through the entire process. No hidden games. He offered me a great price up front ($450 for a ring and a broken necklace!), no haggling.

I would bring my MOM to this place!

I had some old gold jewelry that made me look like I should be in a 1970's adult film so I thought it was time to part ways. After much consideration I decided to go to Federal Gold Traders. I didn't want to go to some "back alley" type of place. The store was well lit and clean. The man in the store named "Ron" was professional but was dressed like he could have been in that 1970's film I referred to earler. After he tested the jewelry, I was given a price and at no time did I feel pressured to sell it. I decided to sell and before long, I was on my way with a check. I would recommend anyone with a handful of old jewelry and the dream of being a star to go to Federal Gold Traders.

Amazing experience :-)

Have to say I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to sell my gold at Federal Gold Traders and host a party. I had 25 people attend and just was blown away by how much everyone raves about going to a party and making money instead of spending it. Several even booked their own parties. Can't wait to do another one.

We had a bunch of jewelry we hadn’t worn in years so we decided to check around town to see how much cash we could sell it for. We got prices from a bunch of places including our local jeweler, some cash for gold stores and a few pawnshops, but then my best friend recommended Federal Gold Traders on E. Broad Street. We were so surprised and excited that their price was several hundred dollars more than our next best offer. The store was like going into my bank, the employees were really nice and helpful… It was just a great experience! I have already recommended it to several of my friends.
