Exceeded my expectations. My black dress shoes look fantastic-- and they delivered when they promised.

I have a terrible time finding shoes. (I have tiny feet.) I also have to have a lift put on all of my left shoes because of a medical condition. Buying new shoes is always a cause of anxiety for me. These guys were so nice, patient, and obviously knowledgable. I paid less here to have better work done than other local places I've tried. No one even notices my orthotic lifts unless I point them out because they were so well done. The first pair of shoes I had done here, the lifts lasted twice as long as a pair I had done at another store. <3 them!

I took a pair of Ann Klein heels to this store for repair on a Thursday afternoon & they got them done by Saturday afternoon as I needed them for a wedding Sat night. They did a wonderful job at a great price in a very short amount of time. Super friendly service too! I have already recommended them to several friends. This is now my go to place for shoe repairs.
