Former "Direct Support Professional".
This company may be the right choice, if it were run by someone more competent! They did not fulfill any "sign-on bonus"! If you want to see a paystub, FORGET IT!! It is not Ohio law that they provide it, & believe me they won't! All they had to do was mail it to me and they acted as though I wanted there teeth! I never received a drug screening. I never did a background check. My "training" was a five minute video series and I was good to go!! That's CRAZY! They didn't know who they placed me with, when I was working, or if I in fact I was even there!! Also, they asked me to work 14hr days on Sunday's! They DID NOT PAY me the hours I WORKED and LIED about BASE RATE! Also, did not pay me after I left, again, for the hours I WORKED! Should of seen it coming when I was in the main office and a girl was harassing them for her check, which they completely disregarded. Didn't even speak to her!!
