I'm glad you all have had great service however, we have had nothing but problems with our phones since they were installed. First of all there is no manual to refer to so if we have questions we are referred to the vague notes that were typed up. The training was vague as well. We were also told not to contact them unless we had a handful of problems so this was not very helpful. Since getting the phones ou internet conection has slowed down and yes they are hooked through our internet. We also get multiple calls daily i'd say around 5-10 where we either cant hear the person, theres nobody there or it is simply a dial tone. Very annoying...I would not reccomend

Great systems and great service. Our real estate office was in need of a phone system sophisticated enough to handle all our agents needs yet simple enough for everyone to use efficiently. The system we purchased from Data Talk and the customer service were/are outstanding. I would highly recommend them to other businesses looking for a brand new system or just upgrading upgrading!

When we decided to bild a new office, phones were not one of the things we gave much thought to. Once we met with the prospective phone companies, it was obvious to us that we needed something that would be with us well into the future and Data Talk with there VOIP system was definitley the right choice.
