Bought my new Beetle conv in Oct 2014 on the condition I would receive different wheels. Was made very clear I wasn't interested in the car unless the wheels were swapped out. 18 months and 23k miles later and I still don't have them. Attempted to check in on the situation while getting my second oil change and was told they won't be following through bc I left a negative review on FB. Rather than rectifying the situation so I could update my review to a more positive one, they turned me away altogether. I've also had countless problems with my car and the service department has yet to handle things with any bit of proper customer service. I couldn't regret this purchase more if I tried. Byer's is a nightmare of unfulfilled promises, absolutely terrible customer service, and far less than thorough management. Save yourself the headache and go to MAG.
