Having our first visit from Alterra today. Service Tech, Jeff Roseberry, was prompt, friendly, professional and did a very good job explaining the contract, explaining the treatment and answering any questions we had. Also the sales Rep, James Graves, did a very good job at "selling" Alterra, informative but not "pushy". Thanks!

Our first treatment by Alterra was done by Jeff Roseberry. He arrived right on schedule. He was very professional, yet personable. He explained the terms of the contract in a manner that was clear, concise and easy to understand. He worked quickly and efficiently. Overall this company has shown they are knowledgeable and professional. They really strive for a positive customer experience. I am looking forward to a pest free summer!
