They are friendly, polite, very knowledgable, and come quickly to help us out - they are amazing people!! We are so lucky to have them in Columbus! I definitely will call them again and strongly recommend them to everyone who is living in this area!

It's truly sad to say, but in today's world there really aren't many companies and individuals around that understand customer service. Richard and Larry Snyder are the exception and simply 'get it'. I understand the septic and sewer industry isn't exactly glamorous, and I wouldn't have expected to meet such friendly, knowledgable, and courteous folks, but was proven wrong. These guys showed up in a hurry after I called with serious problems from the last company that screwed things up (Eckelman's) and fixed all of our problems with no trouble at all, for less money than the previous guy! Overall, these guys are awesome. If you live in Southern Indiana, you can't find service better than Snyder's.
